Frosty’s is open 7 days a week, Nov 30 – Jan 10! You can get Lunch or Dinner at the restaurant without a ticket from 12PM-4PM & 5PM-Late Make reservation for that here. Frosty’s will be making it’s XMAS home at Bacall’s at 220 west 44th street.
The Broadway Icon sits within the landmarked Times Square Building which was the home of there New York Times printing presses and copy editors. Built in 1913 it was the official headquarters of the NY Times until 2007. Recently the 16,000 square foot location at 220 west 44th street has played home to Bacall’s the restaurant honoring the screen icon Lauren Bacall, and the home of Club Blue, certainly midtowns most stylish throwback venue!
Looking to grab some lunch or dinner with family and friends before visiting the Bar? We’ll be serving lunch at our Christmas Restaurant space (open at 12pm starting November 30th – Lunch ends at 4pm and the kitchen will be closed for one hour). Dinner service every night from 5pm onwards, and Saturday and Sunday brunch with seatings at 11:30am, 1pm and 2:30pm.

Frosty’s is the Ultimate Christmas Party! Just like Santa, we only appear once a year!
You must purchase a General Admission ticket to enter.
Lunch & Dinner do not require a Frosty’s Ticket, but you must make reservations.
If we are SOLD OUT, you might see the add on available for purchase.
However, you MUST have a valid General Admission Ticket or Bundle Purchased to enter, you cannot enter with “add ons” only.
If your desired time is SOLD OUT, please look at tickets within the next earlier or later time slots and you can usually find a time that will work and have General Admission or Bundles to purchase.

Frosty’s is often SOLD OUT. We are the Ultimate Christmas Party after all! Here’s what you can do to secure tickets: Pick another Date/Time to visit before we close for the season; Check other Dates/Times; Check weekdays as they are slower; arrive at your preferred Date/Time in person & attempt to purchase at the door. We do accept “walk ups” at the door * you can pay when you arrive, based on availability.We are 100% CASHLESS, Credit Cards & Apple Pay only. You must provide a valid ID matching your payment method.
No outside food or drink is allowed at any time. Due to the city of New York and other restrictions, this is non-negotiable and strictly enforced. Please celebrate prior or after your arrival and do not bring cake, cupcakes, or any other outside food/beverage item. Our amazing team does not like to be the bearer of unhappy news, especially in a “party” environment.
You must arrive within 30 mins of your ticketed time for access.
We understand how frustrating not receiving your tickets can be!

If not, no worries. When you arrive, our expert check-in team at the entrance can help locate your tickets.

Please directly book your party through our ticket link on our website. This is the easiest and fastest way to host an event with us. You can purchase up to 10 tickets in one reservation. Frosty’s is always 21+.
All guests just need to simply select the same date and time. We make it easy; Guests in the same group do not necessarily need to purchase the same package. They can customize the activities they would like to participate in and purchase the ticket that suits them best!
The ticket and package prices ONLINE are the same price, there are NO additional discounts for Groups or Parties at any time, regardless of size.
Pricing depends on the date and time you select. Pricing varies, can increase, and is not guaranteed unless purchased.
Frosty’s offers full-service bars serving Seasonal Signature Cocktails, boozy seasonal hots and shots, beer, and your favorite non-alcoholic beverages, all available for purchase anytime from open to close.

As you know, tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE, for any reason, as you agreed to in the extensive agreement when you purchased tickets. Just as with attending an event, concert, or theater experience, all sales are final. Additionally, we cannot cancel your reservation or reschedule for another night.
When you purchased your tickets, you checked off the required agreement and acknowledged that you had read and agreed to the non-refundable policy which states;
“All Tickets are Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable for any reason.
If you change or cancel your booking you will not get a refund or credit to use for a future date. This policy will apply regardless of COVID-19, subject to any local consumer laws.
You must present a Current valid government issued ID, upon entrance, which matches the name/credit card you used to purchase the tickets.”
